90 Day Limited Parts Warranty

To further protect your purchase, Hooper Computers warrants your desktop will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days.


Conditions: Hooper Computers will repair any system or replace (parts only) at no charge, found to be defective during the parts warranty period beginning on the Sales Invoice date.
Eligible warranty repairs can be performed at the Hooper Computers location:

   Baltimore, MD 21206

Onsite Service may be available in the Baltimore, Maryland Metro area only. An additional charge may apply for onsite service calls.

All eligible returns must have a copy of the original invoice, Hooper Computers return merchandise authorization number (RMA), shipped insured and prepaid. Include original packaging and accessories when requested by Hooper Computers.

Unauthorized or incomplete returns will be refused.

All shipping / handling charges are not refundable.
Local pickup and delivery by Hooper Computers may be acceptable when arranged in advance, and additional fees may apply for this service.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

No refunds after 30 days.

All product names, trademarks are the property of their respective companies.

Exclusions: This limited warranty does NOT cover: modifications, repair of cracked, scratched, broken, defaced or removed parts, damage caused beyond control of Hooper Computers, including software installation. This Limited Warranty gives specific legal rights to original purchaser only.

If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, we reserve the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part, or offer an upgrade option.


1 Year Limited Labor Warranty


Hooper Computers will inspect any system at no charge thought to be defective during the labor warranty period beginning on the Sales Invoice date. Onsite Service may be available in the Baltimore, Maryland Metro area only. An additional charge may apply for onsite service calls.

Additional charges may apply for any repairs or upgrades recommended as a result of the inspection. Fees for parts and additional service are those in effect on the date of service. Exclusions listed above also apply.
